Client Experience Managers at CRG are extremely well leveraged, as they have a team of Administrative Assistants that assist them on the backend with data entry, vendor communication, agent support, etc. These assistants have years of residential real estate experience, so it's imperative candidates for this role have a wealth of experience in residential real estate.
While we do complete a lot of transactions, we are known for being much more relational than transactional within the industry and the community. We host a variety of events throughout the year that allow our agents and staff to invite their clients and sphere of influence, we have a client concierge program designed to increase our referral business, and we have a non-profit, Cain Cares, designed to take care of clients and their families when they experience a severe time of need. In addition, we have a variety of programs for clients to help meet them where they are in their season of life, which ultimately results in our Agents and Client Experience Managers having more clients.
The perfect candidate for this role may be a licensed agent who has realized they prefer the back end or support side of real estate more so than the selling, cold calling, door knocking, etc. Or perhaps the perfect candidate has worked on the support side for another real estate team or company and is looking for more growth opportunities. This could include those currently or recently working in real estate as a Transaction Coordinator/Manager, a Closing Coordinator/Manager, an Executive Assistant, or a Listing Manager/Coordinator.
*A real estate license is required, and we have a scholarship program for those not licensed. An active real estate license would be required within 60 days of employment. This is an in-office leadership role and not a virtual, remote, or hybrid work opportunity.

Compensation
The Client Experience Manager role is a salaried position with bonuses, passive income opportunities, 401K, and a great health insurance package. Base salary is dependent on candidate experience and ranges from $60K to $70K, yet there's ample opportunity for an Client Experience Manager to make six figures within a few years through various other opportunities at CRG. With the bonus and passive income opportunities, it's expected this role would earn between $70K and $90K the first year with us, and six figures afterwards in total compensation.
